What & who is Grass Roots MX? When I was young, all I had was an old trail bike, a helmet and a sturdy pair of boots, and that was all you needed. Just turn up to a local club event, pay a small entry fee, and have a lot of fun honing my skills (or lack of them at the time). Times have changed, where MX now has the image of having to have the best bike and the newest gear. Where's the fun in that? And because of that, there are many of us who only think about having a go at MX a few times a year now, and there are many out there who only want to try MX to see what they think of it, so having to pay for a club membership and then a competition licence to do so becomes an expensive few days riding, therefore are put off "having a go". 

Therefore we have created Grass Roots MX to give anyone and everyone a chance to "have a go" at non-competitive motocross at an affordable price, bringing back the good old days, the “grass roots” of it all. No club membership or competition licence necessary

So whether you are a "A" grade rider or a complete beginner, come and have a go, learn some new skills, get some practice in, meet new people, all in a non-competitive environment. You may want to keep at our level, or if the bug really bites, step on up to competitive level. Either way, we are here to help.
